ingredients:
- 1/3 cup rice vinegar
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 servings hot steamed rice

step 1:
Mix the rice vinegar, sugar and salt.

step 2:
Put the hot steamed rice into a large bowl. Add it to the mixture (Step 1) and mix with a rice spoon. Be careful not to mush the grains of rice.

Let this mixture (Step 2) cool down.
