Fried Rice with Garlic & Soy Sauce

  • 6 garlic cloves
  • 2 servings (10 ounces) steamed rice
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons salad oil
  • a little salt
  • a little black pepper

Chop the garlic.

Heat the oil in a frying pan over a low flame and sear the garlic for about a couple of minutes.

Add the rice and mix for a couple of minutes over a medium flame.

Add the salt, pepper and soy sauce, and mix for 1 minute.
