ingredients:
- 10 1/2 ounces glutinous rice
- 2 ounces boiled green peas
- 7 ounces ground chicken
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salad oil
- 1 1/4 cups water

step 1:
Wash the rice and drain the water. Add the 1 1/4 cups water to the rice cooker pot. Put the pot in the body of the machine. Switch on the rice cooker.

step 2:
Heat the salad oil in a frying pan and sear the ground chicken on medium-low heat until it changes color.

step 3:
Add the sugar and soy sauce. Sear for 3 minutes. Set aside until the rice is cooked.

step 4:
Add the seared ground chicken and green peas to the cooked rice and mix.

This rice dish is sticky because this recipe uses glutinous rice. The combination of sticky rice, ground chicken and green peas with sweetened soy sauce is delicious.
