ingredients:
- 10 ounces rice
- 2 1/2 ounces canned tuna (with oil)
- 1 1/3 ounces pickled plums
- 2 teaspoons grated ginger
- 1 2/3 cups water

step 1:
Drain the oil from the tuna. Wash the rice. Add the water, tuna, pickled plums and grated ginger to the rice. Switch on the rice cooker.

step 2:
After cooking, remove the plums from the rice. Remove the pits from the plums. Return the plums to the rice mixture and stir all ingredients together.

comment:
This dish is more delicious than imagined because the umami comes out from the tuna and pickled plums.
