- 2/3 ounce long green onion or leek
- 2 servings cold steamed rice
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons soup stock powder (chicken, Chinese or bonito) (optional)
- 2 1/2 tablespoons salad oil

step 1:
Hull, shell, tail and devein the shrimps. Wash them. Chop the green onion (or leek). Beat the eggs in a bowl.

step 2:
Heat 1 tablespoon of the salad oil in a frying pan (or wok). Add the shrimps. Saute on medium heat. After they change color, remove from the pan.

step 4:
Add the shrimps and green onion (or leek), and mix while cooking for another minute.
