ingredients:
- 7 ounces boneless chicken thigh
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1/12 ounce parsley
- 1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 servings cold steamed rice
- a little salt
- a little white pepper
- a little black pepper

step 1:
Cut the chicken into bite-size pieces. Chop the parsley the into fine pieces. Slice the garlic.

step 2:
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over a medium flame and sear the chicken for about 5 minutes. Add the garlic and sear.

step 3:
Add the cold rice. Sear while mixing for 1 minute. Add the soy sauce, salt and white pepper, and sear for another minute.

step 4:
Turn off the flame, add the parsley and mix.

Serve in a dish and sprinkle the black pepper over it.
comment:
The combination of the garlic and the soy sauce is very good and makes this dish very delicious. The black pepper becomes the accent.
