ingredients:
- 1 square rice cake
- suitable amount Bolognese sauce
- 1 teaspoon water

step 1:
Warm the meat sauce in the microwave or on the stove in a pan. Place the rice cake on a plate. Pour the water over it. Warm it in the microwave at 600 W for 1 minute 20 seconds.

step 2:
Cut the rice cake in half.

step 3:
Place halves on a plate and pour the meat sauce over them.

comment:
Rice cakes have been eaten in Japan since the Edo period. Bolognese sauce suits them very well and this is a very delicious dish. One rice cake has fewer calories than one bowl of rice and therefore is good for dieting.
