Red Onion & Hijiki Salad
Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 ounces red onion
  • 1 tablespoon dried hijiki
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/5 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup water for soaking
  • 1 1/2 cups water for boiling

Soak the dried hijiki in the 1 cup of water in a bowl for 30 minutes. Remove and drain
