Vegetable Sticks with Tofu Cheese Dip


  • 3 1/2 ounces carrot
  • 3 1/2 ounces celery
  • 3 1/2 ounces cucumber
  • 1 red or yellow bell pepper

tofu cheese dip:

  • 1/2 block of tofu
  • 2/3 ounce shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • a little salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
Step 1

Cut the vegetables into sticks. Cut the pepper in half lengthwise. Remove the seeds and cut into thin slices.

Cut the tofu in half. Wrap each tofu half in a paper towel. Heat in a microwave oven for 2 minutes to remove the water.

Place the tofu, shredded Mozzarella cheese, olive oil and salt in a blender, and mix for a couple of minutes. Pour into a small bowl.

Arrange the vegetables on a plate or in a glass. Dip the vegetables into the tofu cheese.

This dish is very healthy because the ingredients are vegetables and tofu. The Mozzarella cheese adds a nice accent to the tofu, and the vegetables become more delicious.
