japanese radish salad with soy sauce dressing
Cut the Japanese radish into julienne slices. Immerse them in cold water for about 5 minutes.
Make the dressing in a bowl.
Drain the cold water from the Japanese radish and place in a shallow salad bowl. Sprinkle the bonito flakes over the top and pour the dressing over everything.
The dressing and bonito flakes suit the Japanese radish well.
