ingredients:
- 7 ounces potatoes
- 1 teaspoon green laver (ao-nori)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons salad oil

step 1:
Wash the potatoes. Cut them into bite-size pieces.

step 2:
Put the potatoes into a heat-resistant container or on a plate, and cover with a plastic wrap. Heat in a microwave oven for 3 minutes at 600 W. Remove from the microwave and wipe the water off the potatoes with a paper towel.

step 3:
Put the potatoes and salad oil in a frying pan. Sear them for 5 minutes. Remove from heat.

step 4:
Put the potatoes, green laver (ao-nori) and salt in a bowl. Mix them.

comment:
Because the potatoes are not fried, you can make this dish easily. The color of the green laver (ao-nori) increases your appetite. The taste of it and the salt suit the potatoes well and is very delicious.
