- 7 ounces fresh spinach
- 2 1/2 ounces canned tuna (with oil)
- 3 tablespoons ground toasted sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- a little salt
step 1:
Cut off the stems of the spinach and wash.
step 2:
Fill a medium-size pan with water. Bring to a boil and add the spinach.
step 3:
After boiling, drain the spinach, and immediately immerse in cold water to keep the green color.
step 4:
Drain the cold water from the spinach. Squeeze out any excess water with your hands. Cut the spinach into 1 in. long pieces.
step 5:
Drain the oil from the tuna and place the tuna in a bowl.
step 6:
Add the spinach, sesame seeds, salt and mayonnaise to the bowl and mix.
comment:
By boiling, the harshness of the spinach is removed, so the mayonnaise suits the spinach very well. The tuna becomes an accent and the flavor of the sesame seeds is good and you can eat a lot.
