- 5 1/2 ounces enoki mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons butter

step 1:
Cut off the roots of the enoki mushrooms 1 in. from the end and cut in half.

Heat the butter in a frying pan. Add the enoki mushrooms. Sear and sometimes stir on a medium-low heat for a couple of minutes.

Add the soy sauce and stir for 1 minute.
