Boiled Cabbage with Soy Sauce
Ingredients

ingredients:

  • 1/2 pound cabbage
  • suitable amount soy sauce
  • suitable amount bonito flakes (optional)
  • 1 quart water for boiling
Step 1

step 1:

Add the water to a pan. Bring to a boil and add the cabbage. After boiling for about 10 minutes, drain the cabbage.

Let cool down and squeeze out any excess water with your hands. Shred the cabbage and place on a serving dish.

Pour the soy sauce over it. If you desire, sprinkle bonito flakes on top.

A lot of boiled cabbage can be eaten more easily than raw cabbage. This dish is low calorie and healthy.
