ingredients:
- 7 ounces fresh spinach
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- a little salt
- a little pepper

step 1:
Cut off the stems of the spinach and cut into about 2 in. wide pieces.

step 2:
Heat the butter in a frying pan and sear the spinach pieces on medium heat.

step 3:
When they become soft, add the salt, pepper and soy sauce.
