seared spinach with butter & soy sauce

- Japanese: Hōrensō no batā-shōyu-itame
- 7 ounces fresh spinach
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- a little salt
- a little pepper
Cut off the stems of the spinach and cut into about 2 in. wide pieces.
Heat the butter in a frying pan and sear the spinach pieces on medium heat.
When they become soft, add the salt, pepper and soy sauce.
This recipe is very easy and quick. The combination of butter and soy sauce suits the spinach, and it has a very good taste.
