sauteed bean sprouts with curry powder

- 7 ounces bean sprouts
- 5 ounces ground pork or beef
- 1/2 tablespoon curry powder
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- a little salt
- a little pepper
- 1 tablespoon salad oil
Heat the salad oil in a frying pan. Saute the ground meat on medium heat and add the salt and pepper. After the meat changes color, add the bean sprouts.
Saute for a couple of minutes on high heat. Add the curry powder and soy sauce. Mix and saute for 1 minute. Remove from the heat.
This dish is a very easy recipe and has a spicy taste. Curry powder suits bean sprouts and ground meat very well.
