- 3 1/2 ounces sweet potato
Preheat the oven to 360°F. Spread wax paper on the bottom of a 11 in. × 12 in. × 1 1/2 in. baking pan.
Wash the sweet potato and slice into 1/16 in.-wide pieces.
Put the sweet potato slices on the wax paper. Bake in the oven at 360°F for 23 minutes.
These crispy chips are very simple and delicious. Because oil is not used, it is very healthy.
