ingredients:
- 7 ounces cauliflower
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

step 1:
Divide the cauliflower into small tufts (including stems, if desired). Put the cauliflower in a heat-resistant container or on a plate, and cover with a plastic wrap. Heat in a microwave oven at 600w for 3 minutes.

step 2:
Add the olive oil to a frying pan and sear the cauliflower for 3 minutes on medium low heat.

step 3:
Add the mayonnaise and soy sauce. Stir and remove from the heat.
