seared shiitake mushrooms with butter & soy sauce
- 4 (5 ounces) shiitake mushrooms
- 1 1/2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
- a little salt
- a little pepper
Wipe shiitake mushrooms with a wet paper towel. Cut off the stems and cut the caps into halves.
Heat the butter in a frying pan over a medium flame and sear the shiitake mushrooms. Sprinkle the salt and pepper over them.
After the mushrooms change color on both sides, add the soy sauce.
The combination of shiitake mushrooms, butter and soy sauce is very delicious.
