ingredients:
- 3 1/2 ounces shiitake mushrooms
- 3 1/2 ounces enoki mushrooms
- 3 1/2 ounces shimeji mushrooms
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

step 1:
Chop the garlic. Wipe the shiitake mushrooms with a wet paper towel. Cut off the stems and slice the caps. Cut off the roots of the enoki mushrooms 1 in. from the end and cut in half. Cut off the roots of the shimeji mushrooms.

step 2:
Heat the oil in a frying pan over a low flame and sear the garlic for about a couple of minutes. Add the mushrooms and sear, sometimes stirring on a medium-low heat for a couple of minutes.

step 3:
Remove from the heat and add the soy sauce and vinegar. Chill for 2 hours in the refrigerator.
