ingredients:
- 3 ounces asparagus
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/4 cup water

step 1:
Cut off the roots of the asparagus 1 in. from the end and slice diagonally into 2 in. pieces.

step 2:
Put the water in a pan and bring to a boil. Add the asparagus and soy sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes on medium heat.
