- 100 g sweet potato
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Spread wax paper on the bottom of a 28 cm. × 30 cm. × 3 cm. baking pan.
Wash the sweet potato and slice into 2 mm.-wide pieces.
Put the sweet potato slices on the wax paper. Bake in the oven at 180°C for 23 minutes.
These crispy chips are very simple and delicious. Because oil is not used, it is very healthy.
