- 200 g sweet potato
- 60 g cucumbers
- 2 slices ham
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 600 ml water
Wash the sweet potato and cut into 1.5 cm. cubes. Thinly slice the cucumbers. Cut the ham into bite-sized pieces.
Put the water and the sweet potato cubes in a pan. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes on medium heat. After boiling, drain the sweet potato cubes.
Put the sweet potato, cucumbers, ham and mayonnaise in a bowl. Mix them.
Mayonnaise suits the sweetness of the sweet potato very well. This becomes an even more delicious dish with cucumbers and ham added.
