ingredients:
- 150 g cabbage
- 15 g anchovies
- a little soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

step 1:
Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces and wash. Chop the anchovies into thin pieces.

step 2:
Heat the oil in a frying pan and sear the anchovies for a few seconds. Add the cabbage and sear on medium heat for 1 minute.

step 3:
Add the soy sauce and sear.

comment:
Normally, only anchovies and cabbage together would be very salty, but by adding soy sauce, it brings out a good umami taste.
