ingredients:
- 200 g bean sprouts
- 140 g ground pork or beef
- 1/2 tablespoon curry powder
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- a little salt
- a little pepper
- 1 tablespoon salad oil

step 1:
Heat the salad oil in a frying pan. Saute the ground meat on medium heat and add the salt and pepper. After the meat changes color, add the bean sprouts.

step 2:
Saute for a couple of minutes on high heat. Add the curry powder and soy sauce. Mix and saute for 1 minute. Remove from the heat.
