- 160 g eggplants
- suitable amount mayonnaise
- suitable amount soy sauce

step 1:
Wash the eggplants. Slice diagonally into 0.5 cm. wide pieces. Put them on plates.

step 2:
Place the mayonnaise on the eggplants and pour the soy sauce over them.

step 3:
Cover with a plastic wrap. Heat in a microwave oven for 3 minutes.
