ingredients:
- 300 g onion(s)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 teaspoons soy sauce

step 1:
Peel the onion(s) and cut in half. Cut each half into 2.5 cm. wide slices.

step 2:
Heat half of the butter in a frying pan and sear the onions for 8 minutes on medium-low heat.

step 3:
Add the remaining butter and soy sauce and stir.
