seared enoki mushrooms with butter & soy sauce

Cut off the roots of the enoki mushrooms 3 cm. from the end and cut in half.
Heat the butter in a frying pan. Add the enoki mushrooms. Sear and sometimes stir on a medium-low heat for a couple of minutes.
Add the soy sauce and stir for 1 minute.
The combination of enoki mushrooms, butter and soy sauce has a very good taste.
