- 200 g bean sprouts
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- a little salt
- a little pepper
- 1 tablespoon salad oil

step 1:
Heat the salad oil in a frying pan. Saute the bean sprouts on medium heat for a couple of minutes.

Add the soy sauce, salt and pepper. Mix and saute for one more minute. Remove from the heat.
