ingredients:
- 300 g onion
- 1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

step 1:
Cut the onion into 1 cm. wide slices.

step 2:
Heat 1 tablespoon of the olive oil in a frying pan. Add the sliced onion and saute over a medium flame for 3 minutes each side.

step 3:
Add the soy sauce and saute for one minute.

The sweet taste of the onion combines very well with the soy sauce.
