ingredients:
- 200 g fresh spinach
- 3 shiitake mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- a little salt
- a little pepper

step 1:
Cut off the stems of the spinach and cut into about 5 cm. wide pieces. Wipe the shiitake mushrooms with a wet paper towel. Cut off the stems and cut the caps into halves.

step 2:
Heat the butter in a frying pan over a medium flame and sear the shiitake mushrooms. After the mushrooms change color on both sides, add the spinach and sear on medium heat.

step 3:
When the spinach becomes soft, add the salt, pepper and soy sauce.

Shiitake mushrooms become very juicy and suit the spinach.
