seared broccoli with green pepper & shimeji mushrooms

ingredients:
- 150 g broccoli
- 80 g green peppers
- 80 g shimeji mushrooms
- a little salt
- a little pepper
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

step 1:
Cut the broccoli (including stems, if desired) into pieces. Place the broccoli in a microwave-proof container and cook it in the microwave for 5 minutes.

step 2:
Cut the green peppers in half and remove the seeds. Cut each half into three triangles. Cut off the roots of the shimeji mushrooms.

step 3:
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and sear the green peppers and shimeji mushrooms for a couple of minutes on medium heat. Add the broccoli and sear for a couple of minutes.

step 4:
Add the soy sauce, salt and pepper. Stir.
