- 120 g fresh green soybeans
- (or frozen green soybeans)
- 100 g cabbage
- 70 g canned corn
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- a little salt
- a little pepper

- 240 ml water (if using fresh green soybeans)

step 1:
Cut the cabbage into dice-size pieces.

If using frozen green soybeans, defrost them and remove the green beans from the pods.

If using fresh green soybeans, wash and drain them. Bring the 240 ml of water to a boil, and add a little salt and the green soybeans. Bring to a boil again, and boil for three to four minutes.

Drain the soybeans in a colander and remove the green beans from the pods.

Put the mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a bowl.
