ingredients:
- 200 g cauliflower
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 teaspoons soy sauce

step 1:
Divide the cauliflower into small tufts (including stems, if desired). If you don't eat cauliflower raw, put the cauliflower in a heat-resistant container or on a plate, and cover with a plastic wrap. Heat in a microwave oven to the desired softness.

step 2:
Mix the mayonnaise and soy sauce in a small bowl. Pour over the cauliflower.

comment:
Soy sauce is healthy because it contains koji mold. The combination of mayonnaise and soy sauce adds a unique taste to plain cauliflower.
