ingredients:
- 200 g fresh spinach
- 90 g sardine (canned in oil)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce

step 1:
Cut off the stems of the spinach and cut into about 5 cm. wide pieces.

step 2:
Heat a frying pan over a medium flame and sear the sardines. Add the spinach and sear on medium heat.

step 3:
When the spinach becomes soft, add the soy sauce.
