spaghetti with sardines & long green onion

ingredients:
- 90 g sardines (canned in oil)
- 200 g spaghetti
- 100 g long green onion
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 garlic clove
- a little salt
- a little pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 liters water

step 1:
Chop the garlic clove. Slice the long green onion diagonally.

step 2:
Pour the water into a pan. Bring to a boil and add the spaghetti. Cook the spaghetti until done. Remove from the pan and drain in a colander.

step 3:
Add the olive oil to a frying pan. Add the garlic and sear for about a couple of minutes. Add the sardines and long green onion slices and stir for a couple of minutes while breaking apart the sardines.

step 4:
Add the spaghetti to the frying pan and mix. Add the soy sauce, salt and pepper. Mix and cook for a few minutes. Remove from the heat.

The garlic flavor is good and the soy sauce suits spaghetti and sardines well.
