ingredients:
- 80 g macaroni
- 50 g karashi-mentaiko
- (spicy alaska pollack roe)
- 3 green perilla leaves (optional)
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 5 g butter
- 2 heaping tablespoons mayonnaise
- 25 ml milk
- a little salt
- 1 liter water
step 1:
Because mentaiko is covered by a thin film, cut the mentaiko in half lengthwise and take out the contents. Place in a bowl.
step 2:
Chop the green perilla leaves thinly (optional).
step 3:
Melt the butter in a microwave oven. Add the melted butter, mayonnaise, milk, salt, freshly squeezed lemon juice to the mentaiko in the bowl and mix.
step 4:
Pour the 1 liter of water into a pan. Bring to a boil and add the macaroni. After boiling, drain the macaroni in a colander.
step 5:
Add the macaroni and green perilla leaves (optional) to the sauce in the bowl and mix.
comment:
The sauce of karashi-mentaiko suits macaroni, and the green perilla leaves (optional) become an accent. Because this delicious dish isn’t rich, you can eat a lot. Please try it!
