  • 2 servings Japanese-style chop suey

  • 480 ml salad oil for deep frying
Step 1

step 1:

Heat the oil to 190 °C and deep-fry 1 serving fried noodles on each side 2 minutes until the noodles become hard. Remove from the pan and place on a serving dish.

Pour the Japanese-style chop suey over the noodles.
