Wash the qing-geng-cai (or spinach). Cut off the stems and cut into 5 cm. wide pieces.
Cut the chicken into bite–sized pieces.
Pour the water into a pan and bring to a boil. Add the instant noodles, chicken and qing-geng-cai (or spinach).
Follow the cooking instructions on the noodle package.
Adding the chicken and vegetables to the instant noodles makes it more nutritious and delicious.
