ingredients:
- 2 cod fillets
- 100 g shimeji mushrooms
- 200 g spaghetti
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- a little salt
- a little pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 liters water
step 1:
Cut the cod into bite–sized pieces. Cut off the roots of the shimeji mushrooms.
step 2:
Pour the water into a pan. Bring to a boil and add the spaghetti. Cook the spaghetti until done. Remove from pan and drain in a colander.
step 3:
Add the olive oil to a frying pan. Add the cod and saute about 3 minutes on low heat. Add the shimeji mushrooms and saute for a few minutes.
step 4:
Add the spaghetti and mix. Add the salt, pepper and soy sauce. Mix and cook for a few minutes. Remove from heat.
