ingredients:
- 200 g thinly sliced beef (veal)
- 1 red or yellow bell pepper
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- a little salt
- 1 tablespoon salad oil
step 1:
Cut the beef into bite-size pieces. Cut the pepper in half lengthwise. Remove the seeds and cut into thin slices.
step 2:
Heat the salad oil in a frying pan over a medium flame and sear the beef and bell pepper for about 3 minutes, sometimes stirring.
step 3:
Add the curry powder, soy sauce and salt. Saute for 1 more minute.
