comment:
How do you cook chicken breast? This easy dish, in which the chicken is simmered in sake or white wine for 6 minutes at a 600-watt setting in the microwave, is moist and delicious. Preparation of sesame sauce is usually considered troublesome, but you just need to mix the same amount of sesame paste and ponzu soy sauce to cook it easily. As you know, chicken breast is rich in protein, low in calories, and good for fighting fatigue, Sesame sauce contains minerals and protein, so this dish is very good for your health and beauty. The flavorful sesame sauce suits simple chicken, lettuce, cucumber, and cherry tomatoes well. In addition, the sour taste of the sesame sauce increases your appetite.
