  • 100 g ground beef
  • 150 g potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
Step 1

Peel the potato, and cut into 0.5 cm. slices.

Cut the slices into thin strips.

Heat half of the butter in a frying pan and sear the beef and potatoes for 3 to 5 minutes on medium heat, stirring occasionally.

Add the remaining butter and soy sauce and stir.
