ingredients:
- 200 g boneless chicken thigh
- 80 g asparagus
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- a little salt
- a little pepper
- 1 tablespoon salad oil
step 1:
Cut the chicken into bite-size pieces. Cut off the roots of the asparagus 3 cm. from the end and slice diagonally.
step 2:
Heat the salad oil in a pan and sear the chicken for about 3 minutes on medium heat.
step 3:
Add the asparagus and sear for about 5 minutes, sometimes stirring.
step 4:
Add the salt, pepper and soy sauce. Saute for 1 more minute.
