ingredients:
- 200 g pork
- 280 g eggplants
- 1 tablespoon salad oil
step 1:
Cut the pork into bite-size pieces. Cut the stalks off the eggplants and then cut the eggplants in half lengthwise. Slice the eggpant halves diagonally into 2 cm. pieces.
step 2:
Heat the salad oil in a frying pan over a medium flame and sear the pork. Add the eggplant pieces and saute over a medium flame for 7 minutes.
step 3:
Add the miso sauce and stir. Saute for a couple of minutes.

Pork and miso are used in this easy to prepare dish, which is good for longevity. Pork also helps fight fatigue. The eggplant soaks up the oil from the pork and becomes very delicious.
