- 2 deep–fried breaded pork cutlets
- 4 slices sandwich bread
- 2 tablespoons tonkatsu sauce
- suitable amount mustard
step 1:
Spread mustard and tonkatsu sauce on the bread slices.
step 2:
Place one deep-fried breaded pork cutlet on one slice of bread, and cover with a second slice of bread. Do the same with the second pork cutlet.
