ingredients:
- 4 rice papers
- 200 g ground meat
- 80 g lettuce
- 1 tablespoon red miso
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 480 ml water for soaking rice papers
step 1:
Tear the lettuce into small pieces.
step 2:
Put the ground meat in a frying-pan and sear the ground meat on medium heat until it changes color. Add the sugar and red miso. Sear for about 3 minutes on medium-low heat.
step 3:
Pour the 480 ml water into a bowl. Put a rice paper into the water and soak about 20 seconds. Remove and place it on a cutting board with the rough surface up and wipe dry with a paper towel.
step 4:
Put the lettuce on the lower part of the rice paper. Put the ground meat over it.
step 5:
Roll the rice paper over the ingredients one time. Fold the left and right sides of the rice paper in. Roll it over to complete the spring roll. Repeat from Step 4 to make the remaining 3 rolls.
step 6:
Cut the rolls in half.
comment:
The miso becomes an accent and suits all the ingredients well.
