- 5 ounces or 10 shrimps
- 2 teaspoons matcha powder
- 2 1/2 ounces spinach
- 7 ounces spaghetti
- 5 1/4 ounces shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 2/5 cup white wine
- 4/5 cup fresh cream
- 1 teaspoon butter
- a little salt
- a little pepper
- 2 quarts water
step 1:
Hull shell and devein shrimps. Cut off the stems of the spinach and wash. Cut into 1 in. long pieces.
step 2:
Put the butter in a frying pan. Add the shrimps and stir.
step 3:
Add the white wine and bring to a boil.
step 4:
Add the fresh cream and the cheese.
step 5:
Add the matcha powder, salt and pepper and mix.
step 6:
Pour the water into a pan. Bring to a boil and add the spaghetti.
step 7:
Cook the spaghetti until done. Remove from pan and drain in a colander. Add the spinach and spaghetti to the sauce in the frying pan. Mix and cook over low heat for a few minutes. Remove from heat.
comment:
The colors of the matcha powder, shrimps and spinach are vivid. This dish has a lot of cheese, but it isn’t heavy at all.
