ingredients:
- 17 ounces cooked thick white noodles (udon)
- 1/2 ounce anchovies
- 5 ounces cabbage
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 garlic clove
- a little salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

step 1:
Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces and wash. Chop the anchovies and garlic into thin pieces.

step 2:
Heat the oil in a frying pan and sear the garlic for 1 minute. Add the anchovies and sear for a few seconds.

step 3:
Add the cabbage and sear on medium heat for 1 minute.

step 4:
Add the cooked thick white noodles (udon) and saute and stir them 3 more minutes.

step 5:
Add the soy sauce and salt. Stir them for another minute.

comment:
Anchovies suit the thick white noodles and cabbage well. The garlic flavor is also good.
