green soybeans & macaroni salad

ingredients:
- 3 1/2 ounces fresh green soybeans
- (or frozen green soybeans)
- 4 slices ham
- 3 1/2 ounces macaroni
- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
- a little salt
- a little pepper
- 1 cup water (for boiling soybeans)
- 1 quart water (for boiling macaroni)
step 1:
If using frozen green soybeans, defrost them and remove the green beans from the pods.
step 2:
If using fresh green soybeans, wash and drain them. Bring 1 cup of the water to a boil, and add the salt and green soybeans. Bring to a boil again, and boil for three to four minutes.
step 3:
Drain the soybeans in a colander and remove the green beans from the pods.
step 4:
Pour the 1 quart of water into a pan. Bring to a boil and add the macaroni. After boiling, drain the macaroni in a colander.
step 5:
Cut the ham into bite-size pieces. ]Put the macaroni, green soybeans, ham, salt, pepper and mayonnaise in a bowl. Mix them.

As you probably know, green soybeans are very nutritious and contain protein, vitamin B1, B2, C, dietary fiber, calcium, etc. The other ingredients suit soybeans well and this dish is light, so you can eat a lot.
